Vartanants 2001 - Armenians in Australia - In the year 451 the Persian King wanted the Christian Armenian State to adopt Mazdaism which, by refusing, they had to fight a battle in the plane of Avaryr. Several people wrote plays about this event - this play is called The Eagle of Avaryr
